I've installed joomla as another user has suggested, but I have no 
experience customizing it. See www.kengel.com/joomla as an example for a 
basic installation.

I have the time to monitor and assist, at least at night, I'm in Lower 
Bucks (Busselton & Street) and could provide a room (<75) for some 
meetings as well. Comcast, wireless and wired access available.
